Cleanliness, the view, the central location, value for money, the staff, high water pressure in showers, clean pool.
Make the hotel more accessible for wheelchairs. Either install a lift to the main road or tarmac the rear entrance. Wi-Fi is also very very slow, 4G and 5G are a lot faster.
